We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds 

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps: 

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@belora.co.uk

Gifts

Items marked as gifts: 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be posted to you. 

Items not marked as gifts: 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Return Postage 

Delivery times for exchanges will vary depending on your location. For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service or purchasing postage insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
